Quick Overview of Our Products

Aluminum Product Information

We carry the following alloys: 3003, and 5052. We offer high quality 3003-H22 and 5052-32 aluminum diamond / tread plates of various thickness, width and lengths, all at an extremely competitive price. All of our diamond plates meet the highest ASTM B209 – AMS/QQA 250 standards.

Our diamond / tread plates have the highest standards of quality, flexibility and reliability. The tread plate provides an anti-slip safety surface as well as perfect water drainage and easy cleaning. Additionally, it does not require any surface treatment or maintenance , as it is weather resistant, corrosion resistant and contact with chemicals. It is a perfect product for dock surfaces, slippery areas, stairways, and vehicles. This product is also known as Aluminum Diamond Plate, Aluminum Tread Plate, Tread Bright, Aluminum Floor Plate. We carry various thickness and dimensions, please contact us for pricing.

3003 – Aluminum alloy contains Manganese and is very corrosion resistant while maintaining moderate strength. It is not heat treatable and develops strengthening from cold working only. It also has good machinability and welding which is readily accomplished by conventional welding methods. It can be deep drawn or spun, welded or brazed. This is one of the most widely used of all aluminum alloys. It has a smooth, shiny finish and is popular for many cosmetic and industrial applications such as decorative trim, fuel tanks, food & chemical handling, trailer siding & roofing etc. For 3003, we carry sheets, plates, coils and diamond plate.

5052 – Aluminum alloy is a medium strength alloy containing Magnesium as its major alloying elements. It has good workability, high fatigue strength and is very good for welding. Additionally, it has good corrosion resistance; particularly marine atmosphere and salt water corrosion. Common applications include tanks, marine hardware, boat hulls etc. 5052 is the highest strength alloy of the more common non heat-treatable grades.

6061 – This is usually the least expensive and most versatile of the heat-treatable aluminum alloys. It offers a good range of mechanical properties and corrosion resistance T6 – Solutionized and artificially aged. This alloy is ideal for structural framing, base plates, motorcycle & automotive parts, electrical fittings & connectors, vales, bike frames etc.
